Questions hosts ask
Do my guests need an account?
No. They open the link and reply. They can open it again on the same device to change their reply.
What does PhateSar cost?
PhateSar is free during early access. Each account can have 2 invitations at a time, so delete one to make room for another.
Which events can I plan?
Housewarmings, birthday parties, school parties, gatherings (with an optional last day), and clubs and regular meetups. Weddings are planned but not available yet.
Can I give each guest their own link?
Yes. On the Send step, add guests by name and each one gets a personal link. You can then see who has not replied yet.
How long are photos kept?
For 12 months after the event, or 6 months for school parties, then they are deleted. We email you three times before that so you have time to download them.
