What PhateSar is
PhateSar is an online invitation and RSVP service for parties and events. A host makes an invitation, shares one link, and guests reply from it without an account or an app. It started with housewarmings and now also covers housewarmings, school parties, birthdays, gatherings and clubs.
The host sees who is coming, how many, who is bringing what and who has not answered yet, in one place. PhateSar sends the reminders, so the host does not have to chase people.
Who it is for
Hosts of housewarmings, school parties, birthdays, gatherings and clubs: people who want a good-looking invitation and an easy way to count replies, without making guests sign up for anything.
Guests who just want to open a link, say whether they are coming and add the event to their calendar.
What it does
- Invitations: a choice of designs for every kind of event and season, with your own colours, font, cover photo and wording.
- PhateSar AI (Beta): describe your event in a sentence and it suggests designs with the wording, colours and fonts filled in. Nothing changes until you choose it.
- RSVPs without an account: guests reply from the link with plus-ones, children, a time slot and what they are bringing. A waiting list fills spots when someone cannot come.
- Reminders and messages: reminders by email, and guests can message the hosts from their invitation.
- Calendar and directions: guests add the event to their calendar and open directions in one tap.
- Photos after the day: an optional shared gallery and a slideshow for a TV or projector, with controls for the host.
- Clubs and meetups: a club page with repeating sessions, one-tap joining and who came.
The guide for hosts walks through each step, and Help answers common questions.
How it works
- The host signs in with a link sent to their email. There is no password.
- They choose the kind of event, a design and the details, then share one link by message, email, WhatsApp, a QR code or any other way.
- Guests open the link and reply. They do not need an account or an app.
- The host watches the replies come in and PhateSar sends reminders.
Privacy and safety
- Guests do not need an account, and giving an email address is optional unless the host asks for one.
- Hosts can download everything PhateSar holds about them, or delete their account and invitations, whenever they like.
- Public events on Discover are checked first, and their street address is only shared with people who reply.

Common questions
Do guests need an account or an app? No. They open the link in their browser and reply.
Is it free to start? Yes. You can create an account and an invitation without a password or a payment card.
Does it work for school parties? Yes. Parents list their children, say whether they are staying, and the host sees allergy notes and class lists.
Can guests who were not invited see my invitation? Only people with the link can. Public events on Discover are the exception, and only if the host asks for that and it is approved.
