Not yet. You share your invitation’s link yourself: copy it, or send it by SMS, email, WhatsApp or Messenger, or show a QR code. Sending invitations from PhateSar is planned.

No. They open the link and reply. They can open it again on the same device to change their reply.

Yes. On the Send step, add guests by name and each one gets a personal link. You can then see who has not replied yet.

Open the invitation’s Responses tab. It shows the headcount, how many are coming to each time slot, who is bringing what, and every reply. You can download the list as a spreadsheet.

Yes, guests who gave an email address get reminders. In Details, under RSVP deadline and reminders, you choose 7 days before, 1 day before, the morning of the event, and a nudge for guests who have not replied.

Yes. Guests can use Message the hosts on their invitation. You read and reply in the Messages tab, and you get an email when a new message arrives. You can switch messages off.

Yes, in Details under Co-hosts. Co-hosts can edit and send the invitation. Only the owner can add or remove co-hosts.

It is off by default. When you turn it on in Details, guests can view, download and add photos, and you can choose to approve photos before others see them. Tell your guests before you turn it on, because you are responsible for what is shared.

For 12 months after the event, or 6 months for school parties, then they are deleted. We email you three times before that so you have time to download them.

Yes. Use Download all on the Photos page. A big gallery comes as several smaller files.

Tell the host, who can remove any photo. Or email privacy@phatesar.app and we will review it.

For each child: a name, a class or grade, and an optional allergy note. Only the hosts and that parent can see it, and it is deleted with the reply.

No. We email you a one-time sign-in link each time you sign in.

Each link works once, and it only completes in the browser where you asked for it. Ask for a new link on the sign-in page and open it in that same browser.

Check your spam or junk folder and wait a minute or two. It comes from invites@notify.phatesar.app. If it still has not arrived, ask for another link.

Open the account menu and choose Account and data. You can download everything we hold about you, including your photos, or delete your account and all your invitations.
